Vice President of Operations

Sandra joined Bruziv Partners in 2017 as a Property Manager and has since advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations. With a strong background in accounting, human resources, and team management, Sandra has played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and fostering team collaboration. Promoted from Property Manager to Director of Accounting, and ultimately to Vice President of Operations, Sandra’s leadership has been integral to the company’s continued success and growth.

With a solid foundation in accounting and HR, Sandra focuses on optimizing operational processes while supporting the company’s strategic goals. Her leadership style is hands-on, combining financial management expertise with a commitment to cultivating a positive work environment for all employees.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is passionate about hiking and cooking and brings a love for exploration and creativity to every aspect of her life.
