Lorraine is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in leasing and managing residential communities in Lake County, Ohio. With Lorraine’s 18 plus years of experience, her duties include leasing, resident retention, record keeping, and managing the on-site staff. She also organizes projects within the community including renovations, capital projects, and preventative and ongoing repairs and maintenance. Lorraine is a team leader who is always willing to assist with resident relations and staff training at other communities within the BruZiv portfolio. Lorraine is married and has 2 sons, a daughter, and 6 grandchildren.
